Instructions:

Bring natural spring water to a boil, then place leaves into the boiling water. (Make sure the water turns a DEEP blue color. The more water you have, the more leaves you will use.) Let it boil for 5 minutes, let it cool, then drink. Be sure to consume the leaves. If your heart desires, add lemon or key lime and the color of the tea will turn purple. The tea doesn't really have a taste, but you may add honey. 

Note: You can make a large pot full and store in the fridge for daily consumption. Before storage in the fridge, consume all of the leaves to avoid leaves becoming soggy.

In a room temperature spring water bottle, drop 8 leaves in, shake then let sit for 30 minutes at least. Wait till the water turns a deep blue color, then consume. If the water is not consumed within 3-6 days, it will sour. Room temperature water is best for the body.
